  • How do I apply for an available property?

    We accept applications through our portal only. We perform credit & background checks on all applicants. 


    Follow the link to see the requirements to submit a succesful application. Do NOT pay for an application before contacting us to confirm availability.  


    Email us at HomesteadInvestors.Volusia@gmail.com and we will send you an email invitation from our system. The invite will include a link that will allow you to apply.

  • When is rent due?

    Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the first of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment or send your check a couple days before the first of the month to make sure it arrives on time.

  • How do I access my account online?

    Email us at HomesteadInvestors.Volusia@gmail.com so we can send you an email invitation from our system. The invite will include a link that will allow you to create your online account and access everything related to your lease. From then, you'll log in using your email address and the password you set.

  • Can I have my rent payment auto-debited from my bank account?

    Yes. You can have your rent auto-debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account.

  • Who should I make my check payable to?

    For your convenience, we offer many online options including debit & credit cards. We prefer online payments. In the event that you are unable to pay online, all checks should be made payable to Homestead Investors LLC. Send checks to 915 Doyle Rd, Suite 303 #220, Deltona FL 32725.
